Cherie Davis is a native of the Washington, D.C. area and is a graduate of the Duke Ellington School of the Arts.

Her passion for music has earned her auspicious opportunities to perform for former Presidents Clinton and Obama, congressional leaders, Andrea Bocelli and with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. Ms. Davis has sung under the batons of renowned conductors Marin Alsop, Julien Benichou, and Dr. Roland Carter. She has sung with the many elite choirs, choruses, and ensembles in the Washington, D.C. area performing the works of Handel, Saint-Seans, Dubois, and Bach in addition to various spirituals, art songs and arias. Currently, Ms. Davis is a member of the Ben Holt Memorial Branch of The National Association of Negro Musicians (NANM).
