JEFFREY ELLIOTT CORRY is a native of Alexandria, VA, a proud graduate of Howard University and is pursuing a Masters Degree in Music Education from Trinity Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Jeff was destined to excel in music and is known throughout the Washington Metropolitan area as “Alexandria’s Maestro and Soloist Extraordinaire”; He has a magnificent talent of developing variations of musical selections as well as creating spontaneous medleys on the fly! Jeff served ten faithful years at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Academy in Washington, DC as their Music Teacher and Choir Master.

He presently serves as a Music instructor at From the Heart Christian School, accompanist at his home church From the Heart Church Ministries in Suitland, MD, choir director of the 8am Sunday Morning Mass Choir at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Arlington, VA,  Minister of Music at St. Lucille AME Zion Church in Southeast Washington, DC, accompanist/choir director at Pennsylvania Avenue Baptist Church in Southeast Washington, DC and was recently appointed as choir director for the Howard University Community Choir at Howard University in Northwest Washington, DC.

Jeff holds memberships in Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Fraternity of America Incorporated,  and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. In the current and near future, Jeff is pursuing his own music school for vocal and instrumental students-The JC School of Music and JC Sacred Music Institute. The mission of the JC School of Music is a community which serves the true musician from various backgrounds. The goal and approach for the school is to prepare each student to become fully equipped musicians by training their spiritual growth into musical excellence and bringing an excitement in their own musical craft. Jeff currently attends and serves as one of the pianists at From the Heart Church Ministries in Suitland, MD where Bishop John A. Cherry, II is Pastor.
